hi guys, point number 6 is the main key point of the post...
Traffic is not always = money.

Look in Digital Point, so many people crying...

"god help me... I have 10000 unique per day and I don't make money"

why? The traffic in bulk means nothing. you look at this people's sites, and they are about : My own personal blog, wallpaper, arcade sites...

Adsense is for organic, narrow, very targeted traffic.

Go out and build a website about Laptops and try to make $50 per day from Adsense = not easy

go out and build a website about RAM memory for Centrino Dell Laptops , then making money becomes a bit easier.

Target traffic is not "just traffic" , instead is what Google is all about.

Don't think that increasing your traffic will always increase your adsense - many times it can even "smart price" your account. Instead be sure the traffic you get is for the exact keyword you are targeting.

point 6: i think he ment, more traffic does not automatically mean money.. some traffic/niches are worthless.

I notice a bunch of people get the uniques confused with the pageviews. 10k in pageviews isnt anything.

I totally agree, i do not even bother to read most threads about adsense, mainly cause once you know whats up, you just know what to do. This thread caught my attention and you have perfectly valid points.

 

If everyone make money with GA and stop complaining then we're adwords have something to to with our daily budget. We're adwords real investment keep loosing money because of these topics.

My first site around 5 years ago was on mesothelioma, had low traffic but one click gave me like 8$ and that was what i been making daily. Anyways your tips is good just wanted to say sometimes its different.. It was years ago tho.
