Love that peon newbie thing, good one. No need to explain... Is it best to always develop a website, ppc income and seo for a domain site before listing on the market? I sort of think, maybe whomever interested would want to develop themself? DomainTurns.Com is a obvious term, Any suggestions I'm all ears. and thanks a bunch all. happy to join digitalpoint, I have learned a bunch reading everyones info. Respectfully, leanback (Kim)
Before you even decide to own a piece of Internet Property, the first thing that I would do is find out if there is an on-going market of potential buyers within your niche or sub-niche. Next, create an outline with as many sub-topics that co-inside with your main topic. At this point you can do one of two things here: 1. Create a mission statement that has a very specific purpose and tells your prospective readers what they will gain by continuing to receive your information. 2. Or choose a domain name that is not only unique, but has a keyword phrase within the .com domain. (You'll want to be very selective on this because choosing a domain name can be the difference between branding your name and getting lost in the pack.) This is the blueprint and professional approach that I use and coach to help others develop websites for optimal SEO results and free web traffic. I recommend the methodical business-building and marketing approach for the best ROI.
Thanks jj hiller, for your advice greatly appreciated. Reference to checking on going market and niches. Turning domains for profit seemed to be a good one. Reviewing your suggestion looking into data, although name sounds good, basically, the ones of interest would only be us domainers. Compared to other subject niches, this one would be low on the list. Thanks for the additional insight on this one. I'm learning slowly..I'll get this domain evaluating down someday. love that peon title no newbie explanations needed....lol Thanks again,
You're most welcomed! I also took the liberty to do a quick analysis for you using 'domain(s)' as a keyword for part of your domain name. This is a highly competitive niche and topic already with some very established top-ranking sites in place. Another thing you'll have to decide upon is can you write about making money with domains and selling domains at least 2 or 3 times a week that is not only invaluable information to your readers, but is also SEO-Friendly to give you more free traffic. Ultimately the decision is yours and yours alone. I can't tell you how many wrong decisions I made in the beginning before I could finally take the training wheels off for good. There is nothing wrong with learning slowly and re-evaluating all your options! Keep tracking! You'll get there!
