Established site for sale

I have a well established Article Site.

Just to tell you a little about Article trunk, it has PR2, 3 1/2 year old site. Its not earning much. I have not marketed well since I dint have much time to spend for this site. The template is custom made. I have upgraded the approval process and have setup a cronjob to approve the articles. It check for Bad words and the length of the article when approving.
