How easily could my product sell?

Hello Everyone,

I am setting up an affiliate program for our company (SecuriNu) which sells a Childrens Web Browser for keeping children safe online, and is 99.99% impassable!

I have spoken to a few people who'd like to become affiliates, but I was wondering what you guys thought of the product?

Is it something you believe you could sell?

There seems to be a lot of competitors offering free browsers for kids.

If I were you I'd change the approach: develop a demo version people can download for free to test all the features. This demo version would expire in, say, 15 days.

Then if people liked it they would buy the full version.

Just an idea.

 

We realised that there was alot of competition therefore we have developed it so it has a 'lockdown mode' where children cannot exit the software without the parents password!

The main thing I wanted to know is would affiliates be interested in selling this product?

 

Yes affiliates would be interested in promoting it if you changed the sales pitch a bit, a video demonstration would be awesome.

 

Ok Great, obviously the sales pitch would be far more comprehensive than the original post.

 

What I meant was to have a video demonstration on your site, talk about the dangers children face on the internet and then give them the solution, "your product".

 

Ok we will look into that, any ideas what the best companies are for that?

 

You don't need to hire some company for than, just get somebody to film you, a simple video camera would do the job. All you have to do is start off by talking about the dangers children face online, then present your amazing product that keeps there kids safe. And give a demonstration and show them how safe it will keep there kids and how easy it is to use.

update your site it has typos and displays this at the bottom:

(2007-2008) people actualy look at this.

here is an other typo:
-"a full lockdown mode which can only be unlocked with the master"
with the master what? i suppose that needs to be the master key or master password.

and even more just look at everything your site sais or pay someone 5$ to let it be done loads companies offer this kind of service cheap.

 

Thanks for pointing those errors out, we thought we had ironed out all the creases so we will be going back through it again. Luckily we haven't launched yet, so things are being changed still
