Forgive me for being dense, but what is the difference between Testing and Basic packages?

You can use Testing packages to check my service quality. These are small submissions.

Dir. submissions is recognized method of link building. And you wont get penalized for that. Many people asked me similar type of questions and i always tell them that they won't be penalized for the reasons i stated belows.

* Not all your links are going to get approved on same day or same time.

you dont get all your links from directory submission published on the same day, some directory have a long list of other submission. thus you will have some waiting time before your link appear in there directory.

Well, there are very few real PR7 general free directories in this world. We choose directories on the basis of approvals not on the basis of their PR.

We believe that backlink is all that matters not the homepage PR of any directory. 99% directories have PR0 on their inner pages altough their homepage has high PR or no PR, so it is obvious that you're goin to get backlink from a PR0 page.
