    Is it illegal to use images like Family Guy, Simpsons, Mario, etc. to distribute those as MySpace layouts?

    I really don't know but I think it is so widely used that no on really cares. This is a good question. A question I would like to know also.

    Its probably not legal , but the fact that most or millions of people are doing it they arnt sueing , but then on the flip side as long as your not selling it, its really just promotion,

    i dont knwo want but i would never imagine anyone pursuing legal action for such a minor infraction, even if it is illegal
