i need an indian utility bill

    Hi,
    someone could help me to get a scanned utility bill, i need it to verify paypal account and don't worry i wont use the original but just want it to make a copy of it with my info on paypal account

    You need a valid CC for verification of indian paypal account not utility bill :rolleyes:

    Are you sure about the purpose for which you require an Indian utility bill? :confused:

    I ask this because such documents are required to only prove one's individuality in order to lift the limitation on the Paypal account and not for verification. As states by DON, Indian users can verify their account using only a Credit Card and nothing else.

    You can use VCC(virtual Credit Card) to verify your PayPal account too.
    Search for it in google.Or just PM me for details.As VCC selling is not allowed in DP

    Yup, In India only a cc is required to verify an account.
    It seems that your account is limited and you need utility to bill to resolve the limitations.

    i wouldn't ask for someone's bill if i can afford one, that's why i'm asking if anyone could help me, and don't worry i won't use ur own bill, i'll just modify it with my info that are on paypal

    You don't need a utility bill to verify your PayPal account. You only need it when your account is limited.
