Adsense + Adwords - Will it work?

    Hi all there!

I am asking this. SEO seems to be a long distant thing. It takes times before any traffic is rolling in.

So I am planning to choose adwords to target my adsense website. But it costs money.

So I wanna ask, is it going to be profitable to choose adwords with adsense? That is can we earn more money by spending less? Is it gonna be profitable? Anyone tried this before?

Looking forward to hear from you.

Arbitrage has been around for years. There was a time when it worked, and worked very well. Google is now against these types of sites, and with their quality score, I think you'll find that you will lose money.

Say you pay 50 cents a click. Even with a CTR of 10%, you'll spend $5.00 to generate a single click. Google takes about 23% of what the advertiser pays and then passes the rest to you. Say you get a click where the advertiser is charged $1.00. Google's cut = 23 cents, leaving you with 77 cents for the click that cost you $5.00.

You might be able to find some long tail keywords that have few advertisers, but you're still going to need a good quality score to even think of making a profit. You can easily spend thousands of dollars building a good keyword list. If you have some extra money to experiment with, and don't expect to make money (or even break even) then you might give it a try - but if you are talking about spending $100 in hopes of making money, I think the chances of doing so are next to zero. You would probably be better off using adwords to try and convert higher paying affiliate conversions - but this also involves a significant learning curve where you can expect to lose money before you'll even break even.

i know of a few shady people who do this kind of work, but like a lot of poeple say, don't complain once you get blacklisted for doing it. also, don't think google won't catch on either.

Even I think it won't help you get more clicks. :p
It will just bring more traffic on your site. :)
And it depends on people who come to your site that if they want to click on your ads or not.
