I agree with lifeplayer. Read more posts here on DP and you will learn many things. I hope you good luck .. and remember that there is no easy money the key is to work hard . I also think that a domain will be a good idea.
To a beginner with no great ambitions, blogspot blogs are okay but serious players have to have their own sites / blogs registered and hosted. Let this be a trial for your future endeavors. Best of luck
I'll have to disagree... there are many people making VERY good Adsense earnings on Blogspots.. What matters more is the quality of your content, and maybe the layout.. Whether it's How2dotattoos.blogspot.com or How2doTattos.com really wont make difference, all else being equal.. that being said, you can get your own domain and website for ~$5/month..
Here's some advice for a newbie. Never reveal your niches. Just don't do it. Let's say that you blog gets very successful, this post will be here forever exposed for people to exploit. Just my $0.02. Also, blogger blogs can be successful as long as they are not splogs and get deleted. TomG.

domain .info is cheap jsut 0.9 at godaddy hosting use free at 000webhost freehostia i dun recommend but yes they are free

Yeah I agree, less of the Blogger bashing please. Make Money Online - Griz and Liew are dominating this niche. They have great blogs and make a shedload of cash in advertising. The Guardian tabloid also named four blogs on the Blogspot domain in their top 50 chart. These are all of course blogs on Blogspot URLs. You can move on your own fresh domain and move to your own hosting in 2 minutes flat. The only issue lies with you WP fanboys. You happily bash Google's great platform and yet you all rely on the very same company *Google* for the majority of your traffic. Is it just jealousy cos some of the Blogger boys are pissin all over your rankings? I do wonder. Get over it will ya.
Sorry, but i disagree with this (blogspot is good for newbies) I know newbies starts with blogspot but I and many people out there making a living earning $ a day using blogspot Just a word of advice, if you use blogspot please create your own content and do not copy I do earn more almost $200 in blogspot
Thanks for all of your advices. After read lots of post in here I have 2 ways now: *1 post per week then build lots of back links to it(20+). *Lots of post per week and build link on root domain(how2tattoo.blogspot.com). Which one is better?
Here is my advice. Get 2 accounts and remade your site. the accounts are http://byethost.com (Free Host. And the best one that i use) http://co.cc (Free domain, many will say co.cc is not good but its way AWESOME for newbies. Free 2 domains for 1 years then you have to pay 3$ per domain) Now. When you got your free host and free domain install wordpress there. Then install cool theme and start posting there and make money!!! (PM me if more help needed)
Hi Jeehan, Im trying to register for a free hosting account in byethost.com but its not activating my account. It says some message like "sorry this account cannot be activated please try again " Wats d problem?
I use to think this way, but realized the internet is so big it doesn't matter if 100 people know "your niche" because in reality everyone is doing everything. Granted you don't want to give away secrets, but tatoos and other things are more mainstream than most people believe. I could understand if he had a rare albino african toad niche that made him $$$$$ but until then, it's about sharing information You are right on with this. I know bloggers personally that make great incomes with free blog platforms. Blogger and Wordpress alike, so it can be done. In fact it can be an advantage with less barriers to entry and leveraging a network of people that read other blogger blogs or other wordpress blogs. Afterall the blog is about the content and not who's hosting it.
