    does any animal/insect have a soul?

    sometimes a feel lucky to be human, because I could have been any other animal/insect out there. Or even a bacteria or something like that.

    I doubt if they have a soul....It is their birth right to suck blood out of humans and any creature with a soul would never be able to do that! :eek: ;)

    I think they might have a soul as IMO every living being has a soul. Though I am not really sure. :D

    I don't think they have such a short life span. Just out of curiosity, this is what I have found on a website. Though, I think it is not this much but probably 2-3 days. :D

    It is said in the Holy Bible, The Glorious Quran and in the Upanishads.....

    Swami Amar Akbar Antony in Chapter 23 , verse 68 says,

    Every living form has a soul and that is the sole purpose of life.

    It doesn't matter whether they have soul or not but what matters much is their blood sucking habit (strictly females only) and in turn transmission of diseases...
