    Why do people post comments like this?

    If someone wants to ask what they consider a good price why post stupid comments? The amount of times people have posted comments like this on items I have tried to sell dont help with the sale. Thats why I dont list many items here any more. If the price is to high it wont sell.

    He says he has been offered $255 so thats close enough to $300.

    Good luck with the sale. The site looks OK to me. I can think of several things to turn this in to a high earning site. It just dont fit within my cluster of sites.

    JamesB i'm a potential buyer, so probably best you but out?

    I'm saying i don't understand why someone would want to sell for 5/6 months revenue - there is no point so it was more of a question than a comment (without the question mark!)

    Havent done any paid advertisement for that site so there is no paid traffic everything is natural.
    On reffering sites i mean traffick from backlinks directories, blog comments, forums social bookmarks and so on.
