The post which describe complete SEO in such a good way. I have also written on On-Page and Off-page SEO Factors but after reading yours feel like an amateur. I have read many posts on on-Page and off-page factors but really seems yours is one among my favorites. These factors just can give a complete glance for a newbie that what to do or how to start for an SEO of ur website

One more point i have the same query as shilpa what exactly do you mean by [create a "ghetto" sitemap ] " ghetto here ??

Great list - really good refresher.
Title tags, no duplicate descriptions and good urls are top on my hit list at the moment.

Don't think its on there but I highly recommend installing a blog on any site. I've seen some of my blog posts appear 10 minutes after posting on Google and new non-blog pages that are highlighted in those posts appear within 24 hours. Great way to get content on google very quickly
