    Yes, but in order to do so you would have to ban most IP extensions.

    22.***.***.***
    51.***.***.***

    Both are India if I remember correctly.

    i know that people can avoid this with proxies.
    i need the easiest way to do that. It don't must work 100%! It should block about 80%...

    Do a google search for the Maxmind geoip database. They have a free db that you can use on country level lookups. It is pretty easy to implement too.

    Depending on your infrastructure, I would suggest that you block on the server level and not in your application.
    and be aware that many IP's are actually just a proxy so you might end-up blocking some of your US customers.
