Want to Hire PHP and vBulletin expert coder

    I need someone who is extremely good in PHP but also ever code for vBulletin since I need you to code based on vB standard (but since we have to totally customize, so you need to be expert in PHP). Payment will be made via elance and I only accept application from people who already at least receive 3 feedbacks (either in elance, either here, just show me the feedbacks). You also have to prove your portfolio in general and in vB.
