I agree, you should have seen his iTraders firstly. And it was better not to deal instead of dealing with a new member, I personally check history of a old member if he does not have much iTrader.
And you should have used ecrow like service if it was a large amount deal even you had to deal with members with high traders (may be the account with high reputation was hacked)

And LR, alertpay, was a safer way of trading I think as not refund can be issued easily.

i agree with this. i think if u email them by the "contact us" form they might be willing to listen to you. they might take 2-3 days to reply (i always have to wait) but they def will.

That was a clear scam, I have heard of similar cases where people has their blogs "bought" through a stolen Paypal account, they transfer the blog, next day Paypal blocks the funds. It is a quite common scam, and sometimes it works.

Thank you sar420 for letting us know about this.

geee..you should've gotten suspicious right away and never accepted to have THREE transactions and then give away the blog. Very obviously fraudulent accounts. You didn't think this was odd that he paid you with three different accs?

Well, the sad thing is that even if we know the nickname or username of this scammer, he will no doubts change his name and try to cheat people again. Thank you for warning us from such scammers. We should be very careful about paypal transactions now. The best is to be well-informed and being very careful when dealing with unknown people!

Not too off topic is the fact that when a poster asks for your paypal email id when they want site details.

I've given that out to reputable members here, but then in a few days - SPAM!!!! to my paypal email address.

    That's so friggin frustrating!

I understand that if you are using paypal you want all your money there and that's why asked to pay by it but as he did first dispute I wouldnt even try to talk with him since that seems like scam to me.
