Are Forum Signature Links Good For SEO?

In my experience dofollow forum signatures helped me to improve the SERP of my websites. The real problem with forum signatures is when the posts archived it has less value.

 

anchored backlinks are always helpful whether they are relevant or not.I dont look for too much relevancy.When i get an opportunity to get a backlink i grab it !

Yes forums signature are helpfull for SEO if it's Dofollow, but if do not except more from signature it's helpfull but it's not heart of SEO

 

In my opinion if forums link was do follow then there is advantage for searching engine ranking because do follow links are increasing your link popularity so link popularity is one of the impact to get top ranking.

 

As others have said, I think signature links (if they aren't nofollow) have got to help a little but should be used in conjunction with other methods of link building.

 

Yes man, only the signatures work well for promotions, me too had done such a thing, but that time, I had add signature on 5 forums where I am an active participant and I had about 100+ threads, I have got good results after some days, that is really cool, As soon as the threads where I had replied got cahched, I have got backlink from there and moved up as you are......
