    hi, greetings to all.

ive just developed a community script and wish to setup my own website, but ive no idea which niche would be good (yields more income). any good recommendations?

im currently thinking of going into a niche like webmastering, building a community of webmasters. is that a good niche to be in? my next most preferable would be the photography niche.

    thanks.

you should go for a niche you have a good knowledge about. You need to be able to run your site on your own so you need knowledge like I mentioned before

Financial, insurance and legal areas are generally the highest paying niches in any ad platform. If you you want to go into more adult stuff, xxx rated stuff, pills and gambling are all high paying niches. If you don't have a lot of knowledge on the subject, just do some reading on the subject to gain some general knowledge and learn from your members.

You should choose a Niche in which you have the most interest. I suggest you do not worry about anything: just choose the niche about which you can provide good content/service.

the best niche for you is the topic that you like very much, or maybe your hobby, or your specialization skills.

There is no "best niche" to be in. The best niche to be in is..... MULTIPLE NICHES...DIVERSIFY!

The best niche - one that you have a passion for. If you start a site "just for the money" - chances are your going to lose interest and close it within 1 year.

Pick a niche that you have a real interest in, and that you have personal knowledge, education or experience in.

Like most said...The rule of the thumb is to follow your passion. Why is that?

    1. You will find that its easier to manage.
    2. You will double the speed because you are familiar with what you are doing.
    3. You will grow much faster in all aspects of your venture.
    4. If all fails your passion will keep you going.

    Convinced?:)

Take a look at the Amazon best sellers list. Look at the table of contents in the books that are in the top 25. You can assume there are niches were people buy in that list. Just keep looking around and find something you want to get into.
