I guess that would be Tdname which is linked to Godaddy. You just need to pay one time fee and your in. A lot of people use Godaddy so many good names are available. :)

TDNAM doesn't have dropped / expired names that I know of. That's what I'm looking for. TDNAM has names up for auction that are about to expire. I'm wanting to know where to find domains that have already dropped / expired that have PR.

Yes they have. Godaddy automatically renew domains dropped and place them at Tdname. See example
    Dopedomains.com
you will see many dropped domains with PR and they are linked to auction at Godaddy.
Actually Tdname is even better because the age will remain but dropped domain will look as though you had just reg the domain because it is totally dropped!
    Satisfied with the answer:D

    Dont trust website with .info

That is especially because you can get one of those by spending 1 coin to get a info domain.

($1 coin for 0.98 cents for a info domain)

Google generally drops the PR straight away to "0" as soon as it notice the dropped domain name.
