    Suppose my or your ad shows up on a site with Page Rank 10 for a brief time. Do I or you get any page rank transfer from this?

    Chances are low you will get anything, ranking wise. You migh tbe vaguely luckly if you were their when the googlebot visits but it take a while for it to be worked into the eqaution so I kind of agree with magda.

    No , they use AJAX and Javascripts... they don't count as backlinks! lol
