Try the All in One SEO (easy) plug in or Headspace (tricky to set up but powerful) for titles and descriptions.

what type of permalinks are better for seo?

%category%/%postname%

i already use all seo plugins, i'm searching for other powerfull seo plugin to install with this...

Get the Google XML Sitemaps Generator Plugin, Permalink Redirect Plugin, Head META Description Plugin, Broken Link Checker Plugin and the Quick META Keywords Plugin.

These ones seems to be good for SEO purposes.

 

if i install these plugins and after i'll upload a database with some articles, the optimization is automatic? thanks

 

if i put first h2 and after h1 in the header of my blog, there is something negative for seo?

Use a good ping list and also a nice ping optimizer so that you don't get tagged as a spammer.

Also mybloglog from yahoo is a good source of traffic, create an account for each blog and promote your content there, you get nice traffic..

 

You won't be able to get rid of index.php unless you have Apache mod_rewrite. All-in-one SEO plug in is quite good for headings and meta descriptions. So it HeadSpace 2 although I have heard it conflicts with WP 2.8

I agree that is the correct format: /%postname%/ along with All in one SEO, and wp sitemap generator and you should be fine.
