Why can I post here but not in the BST section???

Hey, I'm looking for some design services but can't post in the BST forum.... says I have insufficient permissions... I don't understand could someone fill me in???

You need a certain amount of posts before you can post there.

 

Yeah you need 30 posts to post in BST.

 

and also you need to be atleast 14 days old here ....

 

Thanks guys, I'm at least 14 years old but 11 posts shy of 30 after this one.... I'll have to look for some things to comment on

Under the FAQ links at the top of the forum is the answer to your question:

While there are very few specific posting guidelines, so please use common sense.

* You must have been a member for 7 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 10 total posts to post in the Website Review forum.
It can take up to an hour for your new permissions to be active.

* You must have been a member for 14 days, not have an overall red reputation and have 25 total posts to post in the Buy, Sell or Trade forum (which includes link exchanges) or the Politics & Religion forum.
It can take up to an hour for your new permissions to be active.



So that is why you can't post in BST and you only need 25 posts.

Thanks, that's embarrassing, I read that page a couple times, I think I just saw the "14 days" part and skipped to the next bulletin, details have never been my forte
