Spreading Rep around

    I have no idea if this is where this goes, but it seemed like the best fit.

    This is a general question and in NO way pointed towards any specific people, so please don't anyone read more into it then it is.

    I know that you have to 'spread rep around' before you can give it to the same person again. Any idea how much has to be spread first? If there is a reason not to tell us, that's fine too, but i checked the FAQ's and if a number was there i missed it.

    I'm pretty sure you have to do 50 votes before you can give it back to the same person.
