    It is good or not if the title tag and the meta description tags have the same meaning or description.. for example :
    <TITLE> Learning about SEO <TITLE>
    and my description tags
    <META NAME="description" content="learning about SEO">
    Is any body can explain to me..? Thank you .

    it's not about good or bad. use your title and description tag wisely to incorporate your keywords as well as call to action. therefore it would be a good strategy to use one liner in title tag and two lines of appealing text in description tag

    Basically the <Title> tag is the name of your web page. And description is the brief introduction of your web page. So the content of both tags must be unique. Other wise there is no bad effect on using same content of Title and description.

    That is correct, both title and meta description can be the same and that is good.

    The Title Tag should be used to help the website target keywords that both represent what the page is about and will also drive traffic to the site. The Description Tag can help improve your click through rate as this is a snippet of text which is usually shown in the search engine result pages. Your not going to want them to be the same just for the fact that you are trying to do two different things with them.

    You should understand about the TAGS first. :D

    You can give page description in Title tag but its not incorporate.

    Title - Page Title. It may contain important keywords in your title.

    META Description - It's a small description about you page and we can form a sentence using your targeted keywords. :)

    you can use the same but would be good if you use different because by this way you can target more keywords

    What you have done doesn't affect the seo but it will affect your click through rates.
    Think of your meta description tag as an ad that should have the keyword you are targeting if possible. People will see it under your page title tag in the SERPs and whether they will click on it or not depends heavily from your copy.
    A call to action should be there, a benefit of your website or product.

    It is as if you were writing an adwords ad.

    Hope I could help,
    Houcem
