If your site is whitehat contact Google and tell them whats going on, if not, I think you will have to change the domain of your site and IP.

I do not think that changing the IP will remove the blacklist automatically. I am sure that the domain name is noted by Google because it is reliable to determine the site. Contacting Google is surely the best thing to do first, but I know the reasons why this happened and what your site does.

Someone must have messed with your code - I strongly recommend that you check and fix it immediately, before doing anything else.

The question should be what you did for Google to blacklist your site. They don't do that for no reason.

some iframe coding could have been added in your index pages..
(some viruses will add it automatically. as happent to me many times) , you need to clean your website codes to remove all unwanted links,iframes.. then re-submit the site for review in google webmaster tools..
they will un-block the site within 24 hours..

    its simple..

but make sure that you've cleaned out all unwanted codes.

I think now, nothing can be done. As google cannot be contacted. Do a thing. goto google webmaster and request to reconsider your website. This will help if your site is not effected.
NOTE: Google takes weeks to check your site. So you will have to wait.

I think you should contact google, and ask them what is the reason behind this, and you may find out why did they do that. Moreover, if you changed your ip I guess this wouldn't affect a thing.
Hope your problem will be solved.

There's a virus doing the rounds recently that infects PC then uses and FTP login details it can find on the PC to corrupt HTML pages on web servers. The corrputed site then downloads the virus to other PCs thereby spreading the infection. If you look at Google Webmasters for your site, you'll find instructions that can help clean up your site. When your site has been cleaned you can ask for it to be reviewed by Google via the Google Webmasters interface.

Make a complete virus scan of your site..
You can find more details regarding the blacklist in GWT if you have added and verified it.

Thanks all for your help. I have checked all site pages and found nothing. I believe CpxInteractive ads did that. I've removed cpx iframe ads and resubmit my site for review. Lets hope for the best

Google didn't ban your website but suspect you might have a virus. Scan your website and delete it.

you've probably got a a javascript or iframe exploit in your pages. You'll have to do some work to fix that up. And get your host to blog the hole they used to get in in the first place.
