Where does it say in TOS of both adwords and adsense that you can't use adwords to dr

I have read TOS of both adwords and adsense over and over again and found no such thing as you can't use adwords to drive more traffic to your website which is showing adsense ads.

I will highly appreciate if someone can paste the exact words from the policies and TOS of either of the programs addressing the issue and prohibiting it.

Please don't just paste the link to the program policies or TOS as I have already read them number of times and looking for an exact answer.

It wont, because you are allowed.

But this is where it gets sketchy...

If you advertise for a low paying keyword, lets say widgets, and drive traffic to a site that lends loands and sells very expensive equipment that is against the rules and both adwords and AdSense accounts can be banned.

Also its strictly prohibited to have a website that "appears" to be a bridge site from one type of advertising to adsense.

Terms like MFA(made for adsense) are given to these sites.

Other tactics such as linking from an adwords ad to an affilate is also frowned uppon.

    Hello,
I hope it is possible, you can drive traffic, there are many companies using adwords and adsense, if you want to be sure, contact to Adsense or Adword Google Team :)

    Best regards,

You won't find that anywhere because it doesn't exist.

Adsense users can use adwords, but if they don't have good quality content on there then your QS can be slapped so you can only achieve a Quality Score of 1. Essentially you're still allowed to advertise, but they don't want hundreds / thousands of spammers filling up a fairly large percentage of their page with essentially the same content over and over - especially for highly searched phrases, which is where QS is particularly useful because it's more competitive on these KWs and you need a good QS to rank well.

Google will let you do it if you aren't practicing adwords/adsense arbitrage where you pay for very low priced keywords in your niche on adwords then on your page show only high priced google adsense ads on your page. This used to be a big money maker for MFA sites. About 2 years ago Google went on the rampage against MFAs practicing arbitrage and closed their adsense accounts.

If you are going to use adsense you need to find a business model that doesn't use arbitrage as the profit model.
