[WTS] * Unique PR3 Directory With a Couple Of PR2 Inner $110 Last Month

Looking to sell a unique directory I made. I made almost $110 last month (3 features, one regular).

Site is PR3 with a couple of PR2 inner pages.

As the site has a young track record of making money I will BIN at 10 months of $60/month revenue which is $600. So BIN is $600

Reserve is $350 as I'm just not that excited about selling it as I know it will pull in good money in the coming years.

This auction will last a couple of days with the highest bidder over $350 wins, unless of course someone BINS.

Hi shutzu, I won't be lowering the price as I have made $xxx in the last 10 days and is continuing to grow.

The only reason for selling this is that I love to get websites up and running and get it profitable. Then I get bored and want to build something else. This sale is basically to get funds to start something else and let someone else enjoy the fruits of my labor. But seeing as this directory is making some money I think it's just wiser I keep it. I mean, it's made more than enough money for me to start something else. As well, when I think about it, the reserve and BIN is really kind of nuts for the money it's made. BUT, I didn't want to fall back on my original words and thought I'd take one for the team, so to speak and just leave the original price in tact.

I don't always get it right with the sites I build, but all I can hope is that someone likes them. I guess no one likes this one, so I'll move on and keep it
