Even when you're "up" it's like you're down. I've never experienced such poor support and lack of concern in all of my life. Your site used to be miserable and full of glitches, but at least now with the redesign it's miserable and full of glitches. What a relief there. I'm also thrilled that you offer AIM self support.... in other words, any AIM conversation we've had was just as productive as if I would have been sitting in a corner and talking to myself. You guys rock! No wonder you're banned in numerous places...
