I just want to know if:

Can I use my target keyword or Niche in Title in DMOZ?

it will surely be very good if that will happen isn't it? :D

If and when an editor reviews your site suggestion (and there is no knowing when or who that will be, because the activity is not a priority for volunteers), they will first of all decide if the site meets the Listing Criteria (which are available for everyone to read).
If it does, then it might be listed, but the editor will almost always have to rewrite the title and description to meet ODP guidelines, which are also publicly available.

So to answer your question, you can of course give your site any title you like, but if it is suitable for DMOZ, the listed title will follow these guidelines. :)

If you are a senior editor or you are ready to pay for it, then you definitely can. Otherwise, it is not very likely. ;)

Ah, there you are, gworld! I have noticed with amusement (but certainly no surprise) that you have been very quiet since I challenged you to produce evidence of all the sites you repeatedly claim that I (and other "senior editors") have added abusively.
It's fascinating to see that you are still prepared to repeat this accusation without being willing to produce even ONE site to support it.

    We are still waiting ...

I was hoping your time of month is finished but it seems is still going on and you continue with your rant. Look at threads started by me and there is more than enough proof and examples. If you are too lazy to do it, I am not going to quote again all my old posts. ;)

I am a volunteer to post here, so I just do what I want.

I believe most editors use the domain name for the title.
