    Yes, they do... but most of their advertisers came form US, so if you don't have a site target to US and Canada, you will not receive more money in comparison with adsense.

    one more thing about adbrite..

    They don't have much advertisers hence if you have not so common niche you ll see "advertise on this site" ads which irritates me a lot.

    just Stay with Google ADSENSE and use it to your strength. Its an awesome program.
