I just wanted to say thanks for being a bunch of idiots and committing identity theft on the internet just to make a couple of dollars, thanks for buying eBooks on how to get a valid US bank account and VCC to use to verify PayPal. Thanks for using that PayPal account to buy $100,000 worth of iTunes cards. Thanks for stealing people's credit card information to use on your PayPal account to make these purchases.

Thanks to you, I can no longer make a purchase on iTunes using PayPal because they deem it "unsafe to process at the moment." I tried my card EIGHT times yesterday, with $200 to begin with, and it took all the $1's but it denied the orders. Guess what? I called PayPal and they said it had nothing to do with me! They blocked it because of you selfish little stupid idiots who don't believe that actually working hard will get you anywhere in life.

Thanks to you, I have $200 worth of hard earned money that I can't use on my favorite online store because YOU messed it up, yes YOU, YOU, YOU, YOU. You should be ashamed of yourself because it's a serious matter that YOU caused, YOU should be ashamed of yourself. Get a life honestly, stop destroying what people have, you don't have PayPal in your country for a reason and you need to get over that.

Accusing the people of three nations because you can't buy your music or whatever from iTunes? Grow up and learn about torrents. Save your money and stop whining about your PayPal problems.

 

Maybe I like buying my music LEGALLY? Maybe I'm a student studying to be a MUSIC PRODUCER? You do know that all these torrent sites are going to court at the moment?

 

Just because some people have their brain working in the wrong direction, does not mean that you go about blaming all the citizens of a country.

Instead of complaining about what you could not do, you should have spend your energy and effort in trying to find a better and more efficient way of accomplishing your task!

Nope, I tried both and even called support, said it was to do on their end.

And yeah, I look at this section of the forum on a daily basis and I see "why was my account limited?", "how can i verify paypal", "where can i get vcc for paypal" Go figure.

I think it's unfair, and to a large extent racist that you can list 3 nations that yes, may have their fair share of corruption and fraud, but doesn't every country? I'm from the UK and currently, Members of the Government are frauding taxpayers out of money, for their luxury gain for 2nd, 3rd and even 4th houses. Just because the corruption is stereotype for the 3 countries you mentioned, you shouldn't attack them because of it. Corruption is a major role around the world, along with fraud...I wouldn't be surprised if your security breach is closer to home.
