    Has anyone else noticed how useless Analytics has become? I honestly prefer using awstats.

    What do you mean by useless? Analytics works fine for me. I find it very useful and I have not seen any problems.

    Analytics works well for me. It gives wildly different results to AWStats but I trust it more as it seems far better at filtering out fake visits and only showing genuine ones.

    I haven't seen any problems with Google Analytics.
    What is the problem on that?
    It is working well now.
    It may look so boring but it still works good.

    Can you explain why you make a post like "Has anyone else noticed how useless Analytics has become?" without explaining what your problems with Analytics is? That is not very helpful. Like most of the other posters, i have used a variety of tools and have checked them against the raw logs and find that Google Analytics is just as good, if not better, than any other tool available. Plus, the price (FREE) is right.

    Statcounter is my analytic tool of choice. It's in real-time, for one thing, and has a much better interface anyway.

    I see nothing wrong with using Google Analytics. Everything is fine for me. I get everything I need and I get it in a nice graphical interface.
