We need a website for small prize winning competitions and we probably already found a designer. We need: * Graphic layout should be very user friendly and easy (designer) * A general ranking given by the sum of two separate rankings: one given by a multiple choice test and one by a flash game * A forum * A subscription form * It has to have an admin panel for updates because we don't know "code" We don't have an idea about the website development platform or cms.
