HIRING- Long Term Position for dedicated worker!

I'm looking to hire person who can work full time for me 6days a week / 7hours per day(sundays free and we can work something out if you need sometimes some more time but I don't want any lame excuses on everything) doing various tasks for me ( you will always have something to do) , you can't have any another jobs you are doing like working for someone else or studies as you will need to dedicate your work day fully for me.

Possible tasks you will have to do:
-Research stuff
-Posting like something somewhere..
-Video Uploading
-Some daily seo and also sometimes article re-writing!
-And whole lot more... I don't ask you to coding or do design stuff and will teach you everything you must know.

What you must have:
-Patience to do boring tasks sometimes whole day long
-At least 50kb/s upload speed
- YOU CAN'T BE RETARDED AND LAZY!
-Must have some kind of experience so I don't need to show you everything
-Perfect english
-Phone number where I can reach you anytime
-Self thinking and dedication to work as I don't need those who are re-asking task 10times even I have told what to do!
-You will be working from 12:00 - 19:00 GMT+3 ( don't apply if you can't work in this time frame)


About Payment: I will be paying you a bit different then another ones , I have a website earning $15-$20 daily via adsense And I will put your adsense ads on it so actually you will get payment from adsense so you must have an account there! That means your monthly salary which is minimum is $400/month but you will be receiving more -that's just the fixed one if you earn less then that by any chance I will pay you the rest via paypal ( I have had this website running for like a year so I just know it... ) - This is the one and only way you will be receiving payment if you are not ok with this then don't apply!

168hrs/month for 400$
400/168hrs = 2.4$/hr

WHAT! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Who can afford to live off of 2.4$ per hr. As you are not allowing the person to have any other job or even go to school...

Some week ago after posting about the same rate but didn't giving work details I had like 50people who wanted to work but totally looks like everyone just wants to sit back their hours and don't do really any job

It's not a problem to give a free day If someone really is doing their job... but the problem starts when most think they can just work by being online and doing nothing

 

Basically some ppl can do it who live in undeveloped country. The question is you need to reach the employee by phone anytime is too strict. Human is not machine, they need rest, relax, privacy. Btw, do you think a ppl who can speak both fluent english and his native language will think 400$/month is a big amount?

 

dude...just go to ODesk. There are a lot of ppl from third world countries that will work for a couple bucks an hour. Seen it first hand!

 

I think that you would get someone hired if you simply allowed them to work part time like 3 hours a day instead of 7. There are some very competent workers that may be able to get a lot done for you in 3 hours a day work. If you do consider this, please contact me as I am looking for a part time job.
