Well, my reputation no its bad, my paypal is verified, 5 people are buy this list. In fact the list have more than 150 millions, but im post only 100 because maybe some mails are close. But more than 100 are active.

 

What's the legality (for a US resident/citizen) of e-mailing this list? I don't know much about mailing lists but I'd definitely like to learn & I've got the money to purchase if it's something I can use for marketing a product of mine.

 

Look the legacy is good, the list is totally legal because all give his aproved, here only i recomend you what use with a server in europe, something like germany o netherlands. But the list is legal.

My friend, first, that are 20 millions, not 150 millions, and 2nd, i dont thing what are opt in. Your file size is 16mb. My files size is 179mb. So i dont think what is the same
