You need to have proof of age for all your models and file for a 2257 which then must be posted on your site.

You must put all pornographic images behind a warning page and not allow direct links to the porn.

If you're outside the US then your laws may vary.

Or you can simply just use affiliate programs that provide all content, and just give you affilite ids on the end of the url ,

This is probably the best way to start off , I would assume

i think you have to have all documents for your "actors" to sign before you start the filming. Also you probly need coppies of birth certificates and what not to check id proof. You can get really burnt for having underage actors in stuff, im talking jail time and massive fines...

The feds recently changed the way that you have to document proof of age. You need two photo ID's for each actor and the signed release. I shoot photos for a Playboy style nude site and require that the models sign the release before we shoot, but that they also put the check # I paidthem with and the amount on the release after.

Decency laws not only vary by state, but by region as well. GA is not very friendly to your type of venture. Move to Florida, it'll be much easier.

Get yourself a good intellectual property attorney and have them involved 100% of the way. A business license is the least of your concerns.
