    I searched the threads before I posted this and did not find anything so I apolgize if this is a re post.

    Question:

    I had php installed on my server (network solutions) and when I would go into create my forums ect, everything was already there in the ACP, I did not have to do any programming at all.

    Now I intstalled a test version of VBulletin on the server and when I open it up...whoa...way over my head, looks like I would have to learn how to program.

    Is there anywhere I can get VBulletin already made, or once I buy the license a place to have someone build it for me? For a reasonable price.
