Help me to increase my blog PR

The wordpress seo all in one plugin makes the php pages look static to google.

 

I use IBP for creating backlinks and it works well.

It'll find who your competitors are linking to and recomend sites for you to link to aswell a submitting to many directories.
Just my 5 cents

Just keep on building links and you will get your blog's PR. Remember, it is the Dofollow backlinks that count.

 

Thats really what PageRank is all about. Building backlinks. Divyani suggestions is good enough for anybody who needs to elevate present PR status of their blogs or websites. The best is to draw up a backlinks campaign that include constant linking methods done over a period of 30 days...it will at least move your PR a notch upwards if you've done it correctly.

Well well well. Why people always ask for PR?

PR is just a value of what Google your site is important or not.
It does not reflect your site actually ranking and it does not
gives your site traffic. One of my hosting site got PR 3 but I have little traffic why? Because I didn't optimize to the
most search volumes keywords...

So is traffic more important or the value of PR is much more important?

Well to get your site traffic. Try these:

create a social group in facebook, and invite similar people who would
interest your site topics. For example if you site is about playing games,
join some games group, make friends and invite the members.

create a video about your site then submit to youtube, dailymotion etc

create a profile in twitter, find people who have similar interest and follow them. Once you have a decent size of followers, make friends and give them your links.

there are many methods, but you need to find a group that are interested what you offer on your site and give them your links. That is..

I have to stress that building hgh quality backlinks is one of the main factors here which will determine PR. Ofcourse there are other little factors but I feel this is the main one and you should focus alot of your efforts on this. You could always outsource this task to someone else and you can concentrate your efforts on other things.
