    hi

    if i have a site that making $200 a month only via adsense and it can make more via affiliates

    How much does it worth ? ... having 2500-3000 unique every day and it increases weekly

    traffic sources
    # Search Engines 39,557.00 (62.37%)
    # Direct Traffic 12,677.00 (19.99%)
    # Referring Sites 11,185.00 (17.64%)

    adsense revenue this month only ( June )
    # $52.13 ( only 7 days )
    in this Average at the end of the month it will make 223$

    the site is automatic so you can pay for the host ( i pay around 4$ month ) and forget the site ... you even don't have to visit it again

    the reason why i'm thinking about selling it because i'll start other project and i need cash :)

    In this forum, I would say 10 to 16x monthly revenue. I would have to see the site, traffic sources (percentages), age of site and keywords to tell you more.

    $200 a month X 12 months revenue potential = $2400 + the sites potential to make more revenue based off the niche.

    It is hard give a decent appraisal with just the info you have given us but if I had to throw a rough estimate out there, I would say your site would sell for around $2700 on site point. Good luck.
