depend on "what will you do with domain name?" if you will make twitter.com for kids you have to make website like twitter.

In my opinion, you are at risk for trademark infringement because your name uses the term "twitter", which is an extremely recognizable trademarked term. If you could use the name for something that has no relationship to the trademarked site "Twitter.com", you may stand a chance of keeping the name without a problem or without Twitter.com serving you with a "Cease & Desist" order. But, if you do use it for something unrelated, you probably won't make that much money. If you use it for something related to Twitter.com, maybe just an information site about how kids can twitter. It will get traffic, but you're better off selling it to someone who is willing to take the risk for trademark infringement. If you develop it, get some very quick page rank - if Google doesn't ban your site and flip it quick through digitalpoint, sitepoint or eBay. There's always someone who will be interested in trademarked terms. Me... I wouldn't bother too much to develop - I'd just put it up for quick sale! I have 11+ years of experience as a domain reseller. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of potentially trademark-infringing domains. It's not worth the trouble at all.

Any domain with the name "twitter" in it I wouldn't even bother to hand reg. Worthless IMO.

Agreed. Not really sure why anyone would even want to go anywhere near this one...
