WTS: PR5 real estate blog with revenue

Hi Guys,

I am selling my real estate blog www.gansuwep.com. I may hold on to the site if I am not happy with the price.

Here is the info on the site

Income:
Mar: $175
Apr: $201
May: $176

Traffic:
May: 1500 visitors (90 from SE)

Unfortunately their was a security issue in late April which caused me to lose all content including visitor statistics. The site was getting about 300 visitors a month from search engines but because the data was lost it dropped off significantly. The site is now rebuilding with newer articles beginning to rank well again.

However revenue was not affected because it is generated from link sales and blog post. Currently I am selling 3 links for a total of $26 a month. You can of course sell out the rest of the blogroll to generate some income immediately.

With the blog post I can show the new owner exactly what I do to generate the income if you choose.

The site has been a PR5 for 7 months now and has a strong amount of incoming links so I do not hink that will change.

Proof of income and visitors can be provided to anyone who bids on the site. I have excellent iTrader as well .
