Review my very plain travel blog and help me spice it up

For about a year, www.travel-plan-idea.com was getting 50 visits a day and making no money. Now I'm getting like 600/day and doing well with Adsense but the site is not attractive enough to inspire people.

I started with the Gettysburgh theme from the MT styles, but I need to make this one look better. I was thinking a logo or photo or something for starters, but colors might need help too.

And anything else you want to say...

 

Well, your first step could be to abandon the blog format and jsut have a regular webpage.

 

Abandoning the blog sounds like a lot of work and there are some good looking blogs out there. I just wish mine was one of them now that everybody is looking at it.

 

I think the current design is nice and clean. I would just recommend adding a nice professional looking logo image... nothing too fancy... but it would spice up the page nicely.

I was thinking more like a quality photo on the top right. Having logos designed stresses me out because I can never make up my mind. I suppose it puts more stress on the logo designers...

I agree, but would need more specific advice. I'm not that good with colors or designs...

 

Blog is quite simple and attractive.Layout is great.But it will look even better if you change the color.

 

I think you should make changes about graphics of site to have more visitor . Anyways , good site with good rank , congrate

 

It's good for get information. All photos are good but one missed accommodation informattion and photos.

 

lovely photos. you can list various contries tourism site, add a distance calculating or google maps sort of widget. but please dont anything more to it. its simple and nice. but do keep on changing the background from time to time. add seasonal wallpapers, sunshine, beach, nature.....
