The plugin is called WP-DB-Backup. It is very useful and I use it for all my WP sites. It even has a setting for automatic backups and can email them to you.

    Download it here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup/

or download it using the latest Wordpress by searching in the plugin page.

    Hope that helps you out!

Some one stole my Server Password itself. And he made down my site also.

Now I have only my Wp login password.

And I want to change the database from there.

With the way Wordpress works I'm afraid there is not much you can do in this situation. The Wordpress login password is only used to control Wordpress itself and not the database information located on your server's wp-config file or something similar.

What I would do is copy over your database or manually copy over all the posts onto a new server, change your DNS for the domain, and then delete all the posts on your old 'hacked' server. Hopefully that helps.
