Tyroo is not an new network, they are into this business for long time. Tyroo mainly target and work very good for Indian sites.
I couldn't even get it to work. 1. Its the most complicated network to setup, You need to send them an Excel sheet with all the info ( Your details, Ad format, Keywords etc etc) 2. The ad code never worked as the JS url in the code was broken.
