just got my site up and running .please take a look and let me know what you all think.Let me know about the ad placement ,navigation of the site etc.

If you put a logo, it would look much better.

Nice color choice, tidy site and pleasant looking.

Hard to read the white text though against the green background.

 

Looks nice and tidy, but I personally would change main menu hover color to something less.. um.. red. Maybe white would fit better?

 

create logo for ask.com, and make your graphics more high quality, it seems the resolution is reduced

 

I would put a tiny bit more line height in the body text.

The ad placements are fantastic. Is the meta title supposed to be Askyoucook.com or Askyourcook.com ? Not sure if you caught that. I would suggest losing the left hand side vertical ad and extending categories or some more content. The layout looks nice but more content would add to the overall value.

 

I think the site is good, the colours are nice and the ad placement is very good.

My only negative point would be some spelling errors, might be an idea to double check the spelling.

Other than that great work, keep it up =)

Instead of using too many <br /> tags, use <p>. <p> is a block element, which will change a line automatically.

 

Overall looks good.
