    ABOUT THE ADSENSE VALIDATOR

This is just a simple little tool to allow you to embed an icon on your site or blog to ensure someone hasn't hijacked your adsense Pub-ID. You can then easily see via the icon if your Pub-ID was currently found on your site using our embedded Javascript code. We don't store any URL or Pub-ID info on our site, we just use it to parse your HTML for your Pub-ID. Nothing fancy at all...We hope you enjoy the tool!

if you put the code on your site, in a future if someone steal your site, he/they cannot put their adsense code on the site. AdSense Velidator will tell you about the hijacking via your email. It possible because my freinds site that have a lot of traffic have been stolen by someone through his gmail.

You can see his site, now not his site anymore.

and the snatcher got alot of money through his blog!

The idea behind it is potentially very useful, but how can we trust you that the code is safe and secure?

I tell you what Bubba, I suggest you contact Google or Adsense with your idea, and maybe Google will actually implement it for ALL publishers....

Something like the Site Verification that webmasters have in Webmaster Tools....

Isn't that a better idea?

    It's a good idea, I'll admit. But, I have a few comments:

If you have a situation where someone has figured out how to change your pub in files on the site, you probably have a much bigger problem on your hands - which I suppose this could help be an early warning for.

If I were an attacker that obtained access to the files on a site with the intention of putting my pub ID on your site, I would search for, and replace all instances of the old pub ID, including the javascript code for the validator. Possibly a way to shore up that would be to use some form of encryption - like md5.
