Hi DP members, About a month ago I got a new project. Already established website hosted with company that have design website. However the person have register the domain name is different and unfortunately contact registered with Whois are not accurate. I contact the domain company 1and1, but they didnt share information of accurate contact information. Any suggestions what shall we do now? How to get domain name back to us and change NS ? contact thru the whois contact info normally it will be forwarded to the domain owner via the whois shield if it is whois protected
All data in Whois is not working - emails, phone numbers are not active at the monent. Which authority have to contact to get the domain to proper owner?
Do you mean,the owner of the project doesn't own the domain? If like that,then its not a good move. You can request the REAL contact info from Icann.
