    Your running a web host? Let me just say that you expect to earn money ( profit ) yet you want a free billing software? i just think if you want to earn money you have to put it in to get it out.

    Im not sure of a good free one, ( do good and free go together? mmm... ) anyway have you checked hotscripts to see what they have?

    Well.. yes i am running a web host.
    Its a new host.
    I'll shift to WHMCS after I get some customers.

    I don't think its wise to use free billing script coz it look unprofessional.

    cPcreator rocks when you think of a free solution.

    I have treid minibill and phpcoin.
    phpcoin needs very high modifications et all.

    But with cPcreator, there's no hassle except thst there are few bugs.
    But you can do it up well with it.
