    It takes seconds to submit your sitemap and then it's done so submit to at least Google and Yahoo. MSN is much smaller and may not offer sitemap submissions.     Webmaster Tool:If you would like to crawl your website properly then you should submit your xml sitemap at google webmaster. There are several options to manage your website(i.e. www or non www issue, geo targeting issue, SERPs Links removing option).

    I had mentioned in an earlier post to submit your sitemap to the three majors, Google, Yahoo and MSN. MSN however only offers site submittal and not sitemap but make sure you submit your site to them anyway. It is well worth it. Their base is smaller but they have older more mature buyers that refuse to upgrade internet service and live on their computers all day. It's all good.     We have recommended that all of our client submit their site. You should too! See http://www.catanich.com/search-engine-submission.asp for the links to do this. Note: It is required only one time.

    Then you can follow the three methods to submit your XML Sitemaps as outlined there.

    It's better to submit the sitemap in all the three major search engine viz. Google, Yahoo and MSN rather than only stick to the Google.

    I added my sitemap in google and yahoo. I think these 2 are the BEST to submit your sitemaps :)
    1 little question, how much time google take to index site's pages after we submit sitemap in webmaster tools? I added my sitemap yesterday, so I want to know.

    I submit my sitemaps to Google webmaster tools, Yahoo site explorer and Bing webmaster tools. Those are the three search engines that send my sites the most traffic, so that is where I focus my attention.
