    Hi,

We just changed our Live chat icon position. Before it was the large standard Kayako Online/Offline icon which could not be placed on the same place on th site.

We just created a new live chat icon and looking for feedback on how easy it is to spot.

Should it stand out a little more? Or does it look fine as it is.

I think its ok. It doesn't stand out, being the same font size/colour as everything else, but I'd find it.
You should add another link to it from your Support menu bottom right of the page.

The "Live Chat Online" looks good. However, I would consider making your name "CreativHost" Logo a bit bigger. It's a great name and a great logo, it just needs to be bigger. Also, I can barely read "Redifining Web Hosting".

Also, your site needs more text. Text for your visitors to read, and text that will help you when the bots come. Use your keywords in this text.

Finally, your site could benefit from some more graphic images. People are mostly visual, and they need to see graphics. Take a look at some of the top hosting company websites for ideas.

    Otherwise, great job!

The Live Chat bit looks fine and in fact could have a better place to be positioned.

I too feel that the site is missing some color and graphics. Its seems too grey and cold. Elements that you have used are nice.. but when used along with some colour - they would make a lot of difference.

Just being a critic as I guess you seem to be considering working around the page and are looking for viewpoints.
