    I Have used Sify and Airtel uptil now and airtel is really great no problems till now :) ... Sify sucked many problems and customer care sucked

    Well, Sify and Airtel are the Best !!

    You can also try BSNL. (Its good but lacks good customer care)

    I like BSNL most in all.

    Speed you are getting: 2 mbps
    Plan : 250 Home plan..
    Why this ISP is best for you : Well they are offers 2 mbps speed but I get veryy near to it and thats why I like it very much......They are cheap too....

    Name of BEST ISP (according to you) : Airtel is good, good C.Care(I have tried it before). Reliance Wimax is also good i have used it also. Siffy Sucks
    Speed you are getting: 512 kbps
    Plan : unlimited monthly
    Why this ISP is best for you : Airtel has light speed Customer service

    Sify is best ISP according to me but unfortunately not available in our area for personal connection (only for cyber cafe) :rolleyes:

    I am using VSNL which is also good (not that much speed) but connectivity is good.

    I am using YouTele.....it does have its issues.

    I doubt that there is any perfect ISP in India.

    I feel that an ISP should be measured in terms of the actual speed of the connection(v/s the rated speed which is advertised by the ISP) and in terms of customer service

    In terms of speed BSNL wins hands down as the actual speed is very close to the rated speed, and Sify is reallly bad in this respect. I have tried Tata Broadband as well and that also does not have very good speed

    If you want to go for speed but without customer service then go for BSNL

    Well if you really want reliable ISP then Reliance Broadnet is one of the best ISP in terms of high speed and connectivity. They have exact speed which the mention on plan and also you hardly see problems whole year.
